A Tampa holiday season looks nothing like a snowy postcard. You get warm afternoons, a storm rolling through most days, and enough wildlife on the roofline to make short work of a store-bought light job. The same weather and critters that knock down and chew up a DIY display are exactly what a professional service is built to handle.
That is where we come in. We design and install a custom holiday display, then maintain it all season, take it down when the season ends, store it, and put it right back up the following year. You never climb a ladder, dig through tangled bins, or fight a strand of dead bulbs in the garage. From the first design meeting to the final takedown, our crew at Bright Brothers of East Tampa handles all of it.

Whatever look you are picturing, we can install it. Every bulb we hang is commercial-grade and shatter-resistant, built for a full Florida holiday season on the roofline.

The larger, classic-teardrop commercial-grade bulb, available in a single color or multicolor. C9s are a great fit for rooflines and give you that bold, traditional Christmas look.

A smaller commercial-grade bulb than the C9, again in single color or multicolor. C7s deliver a slightly more compact take on the same classic look.

Commercial-grade LED mini bulbs, single color or multicolor. These are the bright, energy-friendly option for wrapping columns and handling detail work.

Wreaths, bows, and garland to round out the display and carry the holiday look beyond the roofline.

Timers so the whole display runs on its own each night, plus floodlights wherever a scene needs some extra pop.
Here is what sets our holiday lighting apart once you look past the pretty pictures.
We hang commercial-grade, shatter-resistant C9, C7, and LED mini bulbs, not the brittle store-bought strings that crack in the first afternoon storm. On a roofline that has to hold up through months of Florida weather, that difference is the whole game.
It starts with an in-home design meeting where we build the display around what you actually want. Single color or multicolor, roofline outlines, wreaths, garland, the works. You get a plan made for your home, not a one-size box off a shelf.
We design it, install it, maintain it, take it down, store it, and reinstall it. No ladder, no tangled bins in the garage, no untangling anything next November. We handle the entire lifecycle from start to finish.
A holiday install is height-and-ladder work on your roof. Our technicians are triple certified and OSHA-trained for ladder and lift safety, so the crew up on your roofline is trained for exactly that kind of work, not a day-labor ladder crew we found that morning.
We look the part: a wrapped truck, a clean, professional setup, and a team that takes pride in the craft. We are not a chuck in a truck; we are the professionals. Through the whole season, that is who is working your roofline and standing behind how the display looks.
From the first phone call to the last strand coming down in January, here is exactly how the season goes.
You call in or book an estimate appointment online, and a Brightening Specialist reaches out ahead of the visit to confirm and let you know the team is on the way. We meet you at the home, walk the roofline and the yard, and design the display around your vision: single or multicolor, C9, C7, or LED mini bulbs, wreaths, bows, garland, timers, and floodlights. This is also where we quote the job.
We install the full display with commercial-grade, shatter-resistant bulbs, along with any wreaths, bows, garland, timers, and floodlights in the design. All of the height and roofline work is handled by our trained crews.
If something goes sideways during the season, we come back out and set it right (more on that in our guarantee below). A quick maintenance visit keeps the display looking sharp all the way through the holidays.
When the season wraps, we take everything down with a mapped, gentle takedown and store it for you in a sealed, climate-controlled bin. Nothing gets left cluttering up your garage.
Come next season, we bring your display back out and reinstall it at a discount. Same look you loved, none of the work on your end.
Installs are priced per linear foot of lit roofline, with add-ons for the extras that finish off a display. Think of the per-foot rate as a starting point; we set your exact price at the free in-home estimate once we have seen the home.
Once your display is designed and installed, Five Years of Cheer keeps the price right where it started. The program locks your price for five years with no increases, so the year-one price plus your second-year discount is what you pay going forward. We reinstall your display each season at that locked rate, which means no surprise jumps and no renegotiating every November.
We put our promises in writing, and here is what stands behind your holiday display.
Our holiday lighting comes with a no-cost service visit. If a storm knocks something down or an animal chews a wire, we come out and fix it at no additional charge.
Customer satisfaction is guaranteed in our contract. If youโre not satisfied, we come back and make it right, and we invite you to challenge us to find anything we missed.
We stand behind your landscaping with our property protection guarantee: if we break it, we buy it. If a plant dies because of our work, we replace it, in writing, in our contract. Most companies only promise to โtry their best.โ That matters here, because our crews work over your roof, gutters, and landscaping every time we install and take down your display.
The lights are technically a lease, and that is what keeps your display consistent year after year. It also lets us maintain, store, and reinstall the same lights each season instead of starting from scratch. If you would rather purchase your own custom-cut lights, that is negotiable; just ask about it at your estimate.
We generally install our own commercial-grade lights so the display holds up all season and looks the way it should. That said, we can often work in certain customer-supplied items, like specific decorations, blow-ups, or timer-integrated pieces. Bring those up at the design meeting, and we will see what fits.
Plan to be home for the in-home design meeting at the start of the process. That is where we build the display to your vision, walk the roofline and yard with you, and quote the job, so your input up front is what makes the whole thing work.
Your free in-home estimate and design meeting come with no obligation. We will walk the property, listen to what you have in mind, and put together a plan and a price on the spot. If you want your Tampa home glowing and ready for the holidays without ever touching a ladder, we would love to make it happen.
